We are stronger together as we bring together proven methods and best practices in education with a Kingdom Worldview, ensuring high academic standards and a commitment to Christian principles
ACSI has offices in 106 countries
worldwide assisting more than 25 000
Christian schools that includes 5, 5
million students globally. ACSI
Southern Africa is a regional office that
supports and partners with
independent Christian Schools in
Southern Africa. We currently service
schools in South Africa, Eswatini
(Swaziland) and Zimbabwe.
The core value of the ACSI family focuses on the
relationship between the people God has called to serve in
Christian Education. God uses the time we spend together
to strengthen His servants with reciprocal prayer, fellowship
and love. Partnership with ACSI is an ongoing journey of
relationship through the services we offer. It is important to
ACSI that schools share their specific need and
expectations. As a partner of ACSI you will receive the
following services listed below on an ongoing basis.
To unite, equip, and strengthen Christian schools
worldwide. ACSI gives Christian schools, and likeminded
organisations, who are serious about
authentic Christian education, the opportunity to
become a partner of our family. We believe that as
schools offer effective, excellent education, which
brings salvation and Kingdom understanding to the
youth, they will be able to make a difference for
Christ, on every level of life.
ACSI will become a leading international organisation that promotes
Christian education and provides training and resources to Christian
schools and Christian educators.

CORE VALUES
BIBLICAL FOUNDATION AND
FOCUS ON JESUS CHRIST
We serve schools and educators who
represent a range of denominational
backgrounds. All our schools and
educators will hold to the ACSI
Statement of Faith and Core Beliefs.
STEWARDSHIP
We act with faithfulness and integrity, exercising
diligence, thoroughness and research-based expertise
in programme administration and in the production of
resources. With fiscal accountability, we realise that
ACSI ultimately belongs to God and we ultimately
answer to Him for all we do with that which He has
entrusted to our care.
BIBLICAL FIDELITY AND PRAYER
We immerse ourselves in the Word of God
and prayer, both individually and
corporately. We consistently measure all
association actions, programs, and
resources against the teachings of the
Word of God and recognise our total
dependence on Him.
MEMBERS WE SERVE
We allocate our resources,
including time and finances, in such
a way as to bring maximum benefit
to our members. We respond
promptly to constituent needs.
STAFF AND THEIR GROWTH
We establish personnel resources and
organisational policies and practices
that encourage equitable and
competitive wages. ACSI will support
continuing professional growth and a
commitment to collaborative goal
setting, accountability, and consistent
PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT
We are committed to influence public policy and public perception that have an impact
on Christian schools and the rights of Christian educators everywhere. We seek
appropriate representation to protect the rights of parents to be free to choose the
educational programme that in their view best meets the educational and spiritual
needs of their children. We are committed to working in collaboration with families,
churches, governments and other leaders and organisations to promote school
compliance with all applicable laws whilst defending the right of private individuals or
groups to establish and support Christian schools without restriction or reservation.
DIVERSE WORLDWIDE CONSTITUENCY
We are authentically international in structure and
practice, promoting international, national, and regional
organisational leadership for the mutual benefit of all
partner schools. ACSI will develop programmes,
resources and services with all constituents in mind,
utilising insights learned from colleagues from around
the world and evidencing the high value we place on
gender, ethnic, age, and cultural differences.
