Foundation Phase – Educator / Intern
Start Date: 21/07/2026 | Closing Date: 20/07/2026
Job Summary/Key Duties:
• Schedule: Full-Time / Long-Term Intern.
• Grades: Grade R to Grade 3 (Small class sizes).
• Core Role: Create a loving, safe, and structured classroom environment with a heavy focus on individualized learner support, early intervention, remediation, and differentiated learning. Open to final-year students or interns from distinguished tertiary institutions.
Qualifications/Requirements:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT
- Faith: Active commitment to Christian values and natural integration of these principles into daily teaching.
- Qualifications: Relevant teaching qualification (B.Ed or PGCE) or final-year student transcript (for Foundation Phase intern).
- SAQA Certificate: Evaluation certificate from SAQA if qualifications were obtained outside South Africa.
- Registration: Valid SACE registration (Full or Provisional for interns and non-SA citizens).
- Legal Status: South African ID, Permanent Residency, or valid Work Permit/Visa allowing employment.
- Clearance: Clear criminal record with police clearance from South Africa and country of origin (if applicable).
